Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Handling:
In stock orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Our standard shipping takes up to 5 business days and we may use a variety of carriers. Extra shipping charges will be added for expedited shipment. Buyer will pay for all shipping charges. We are required to collect sales tax in the State of Texas.
If you find any problems with your order, please contact us within 48 business hours of receiving the products. No claims after 48 hours of receipt will be accepted. For all claims of breakage, loss or damage during shipment, please retain packaging materials so we can file claims with the carrier and ship you a replacement or give you a refund.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Before you ship products back, please contact us at email@example.com or 214-452-0686 first to get a return case number. All goods returned must be new, unused and repacked suitably for transport. Returns of special order items that are not defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be shipped at buyer's cost. No returns on sale and discounted products. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts (if applicable):
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
